Microsoft is improving the shopping experience to better help all customers, whether you`re starting a digital transformation or securing your place in a competitive marketplace. Also, no matter whether your organization is large or small, you can always buy through Microsoft`s customer contract. If someone makes a purchase in your organization, you accept the same agreement. Partners can confirm the acceptance of the Microsoft customer contract in the Partner Center for new and existing customers. Dealers cannot certify on behalf of their customers and must cooperate with their indirect supplier to finalize the certificate. Microsoft describes the new agreement as a simplified way to purchase Azure services and manage costs. Among the highlights, partners will continue to "play a crucial role in this new business model," Microsoft`s announcement continues. However, it described Microsoft`s customer contract as a waiver of administrative assistance from previous agreements: Microsoft`s customer agreement indicates whether or not the confirmation was provided by that customer. Microsoft`s customer agreement replaces the agreements that current Azure customers use for the Azure service license.
